(1) Police personnel will be given a maximum of 7.5 marks for any two service-related trainings as follows:- Type of training First Class Second Class Third Class
(a) In-service training 3.75 3.25 2.75
(b) Other Training 3.75 3.25 2.75
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), no leave shall be granted for training for a period of less than fifteen days.
(3) If the level of training taken by the police personnel is not open, he will be given a rank equal to the second level.
(4) The amount of training received in the currently employed position will be counted only for promotion one grade above.
